ORDER TIMING - STANDARD TIMEFRAMES
The Wedding Chicks (Australia) strives to get your items to you super-fast! Generally we will be able to dispatch your items in 4-6 working days, sometimes sooner. For custom made items, we ask that you allow 1 week for dispatch. We will strive to get them to you as quick as possible.
Once your order has been completed we will send you an email advising that they have been completed and posted (with tracking number included).
DELIVERY & CHARGES
We send all our embroidered hankie orders by Express Satchel at no charge (within Australia), this is a FREE service we offer. Whilst delivery to Melbourne, NSW & TAS are usually next day delivery this is not the case for other States within Australia so you will need to bear this in mind if you are ordering very close to your special day.
We will post to overseas destinations but this will be at the standard rate for that country as per www.auspost.com.au Postal rates to USA (Feb, 2016) or if preferred International Courier Satchels can be arranged.
Once your order has been completed we will contact you by email advising that the items are being posted and we will provide the tracking number of your Express Post Satchel for your convenience.
BULKY SHIPPING
Shipping fees are charged based on weight and size of your order, as well as your location. Please allow extra time for delivery of your items if you live in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania or a rural location, or if you need them quickly, we will let you know the cost the courier will charge us to meet your deadline so you can either agree to proceed or cancel your order.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
The Wedding Chicks (Australia) strives to keep all items in stock to meet your requirements; however like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without the knowledge of The Wedding Chicks (Australia) or be backordered by our supplier. If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the advertised timeframe, our staff will contact you as soon as we are aware of an issue to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order. All items on our website are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the above timeframe.
